      Funeral servcies for Mrs. Emma E. Cutler, 86, widow of Francis M. Cutler, were held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock in the Chapel at the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Grand Island and at 4 o'clock at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Wolbach. The Rev. Ernest Switzer conducted the services here. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery.
      Mrs. Cutler died Saturday morning, June 5th, death came unexpectedly, although she had been in failing health for several months. She had been a resident of the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Grand Island for the past 22 years and a former longtime resident of this community. (Funeral details followed.)
      Mrs. Cutler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Antone Heming, was born May 28, 1868 at Quincy, Ill. When she was an infant, the family settled at Fremont. There she received her schooling.
      She and Wm. Hart were married at Fremont in 1886. They made their home in the Fremont community until the death of Mr. Hart when she then went to Greeley County to make her home with a brother.
      In 1900 she was united in marriage to Francis M. Cutler. They made their home on a farm in the Wolbach vicinity for many years. Mr. Cutler died in 1928 and four years later, Mrs. Cutler came to Grand Island to make her residence at the Soldiers and Sailors Home.
      She was a member of the Wolbach Lutheran Church during her residence here. Her only social affiliation was with the Womans Relief Corps.
      Survivors are one son, Wm. L. Hart, Calif; five daughters, Mrs. Wm. Klein, Wolbach, Mrs. Florence Hodgson, Grand Island, Mrs. Walter Papst, Phillips, Mrs. Emmett DeLarm, Aurora and MRs. Earl Hurlburt, LeMesa, Calif; one brother, William J. Heming, Brainard, Minn; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. besides her husband's and her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
