Calvin Max Marsh, 92, of Elkhart, died at 5:20 am, October 25, 2014 in Greencoft Healthcare, Goshen. Calvin was born on February 22, 1922, the son of the late Stanley J. and Helen (Pamatier) Marsh. Calvin is survived by his wife, Geraldine Marsh of Elkhart; step son, David (Penny) Kolesiak of South Bend and step daughter, Kathy (Larry) Taylor of Milford, OH; three step grandchildren, Patrick Kolesiak, Nick Kolesiak, and Emily Taylor and two step great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Viola Marsh and two sisters. Calvin proudly served His country in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1946. He was a member of Hillcrest United Methodist Church, Elkhart. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 pm, Monday, October 27, 2014 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in Hillcrest United Methodist Church, 4206 E. Bristol St., Elkhart with one hour of visitation prior to the service.
